Walk-in Dermatology is a rapidly expanding healthcare company combining traditional dermatology with the convenience of urgent care. Prior Experience:

  • 5 to 10 years experience in healthcare services in finance/biz dev role
  • Multi-unit expansion/growth experience in any medical specialty (i.e. dermatology, dental, orthopedics, physician practices, etc.)
  • Experience with management services organizations (MSOs)
  • Experience working with investors
  • Must be a “hands on” operator/manager

Responsibilities:

  • Development and analysis of key performance indicators
  • Design and distribution of dashboards
  • Closing out the books on a monthly basis
  • Comfortable with presenting financials to executive team and investors
  • Conducting trend analysis to identify core drivers of business
  • Experience working with outside investors and managing various workstreams
  • High “emotional intelligence” with the ability to discuss sensitive financial matters
  • Maintenance of the company’s financial projections model
  • Development of the annual financial budget
  • Responsible for driving new office openings in multiple states
  • Involved with office site selection, market research, securing permits, finding contractors, dealing with office leases, etc.
  • Able to manage growth plans and budgets
  • Work hand-in-hand with CEO and investors

The ideal candidate will be a leader, a forward-thinker, super-organized, and able to multitask in a busy setting. Experience in healthcare is required, and experience with multi-site medical is required. We offer a positive, upbeat work environment and upward career potential in a rapidly growing company. This is an in-person position at our office in Roslyn, Long Island where we offer a casual work environment. Salary will be commensurate with experience and equity will be included in compensation.
